Ingredients

Potatoes, Onions, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Dextrose, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (to retain natural color)

Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry with Oil

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.

Place 4 to 6 tablespoons vegetable oil in large non-stick skillet. Heat over medium-high heat until oil is hot.
Carefully add frozen potato mixture to skillet in a single layer. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until golden brown.
Remove from skillet. Cool slightly and serve.

CAUTION: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.

TIPS FOR FRYING WITH OIL: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to spatter or spill oil onto hot burner of range.
