Ingredients

Potatoes, Dextrose, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (To Retain Natural Color).

Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry with Oil

Heat cooking oil in large skillet over medium heat or in electric frypan at 350°.
Carefully add frozen hash browns to form an even layer.
Fry for 5 minutes or until desired color and texture. Turn over for additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Season to taste.

CAUTION: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.

TIPS FOR FRYING WITH OIL: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to spatter or spill oil onto hot burner of range.
